The production of piston rods and valve rods made of stainless steel is one of our top competences. With our turning centers we are able to produce such products in the “done in one” principle.
This way of production helps us to save time and increase the quality to the maximum.
The finishing process is roller burnishing. We use special, self optimized machines to realize top burnished surfaces.

One of our top tasks is to machine forgings and castings. All machining centers are equipped with robots to load and unload the forgings or castings.

The turning of hardened parts is getting more and more important. The maximum hardness of the material is required for many applications.

In the medical field we are processing small batches of special materials such as titanium implant steels. Our enormous know-how in the processing of stainless steels and our up to ten-axled turning centres bring significant advantages and benefits to our customers.
